INGREDIENTS

- 1 cup green beans 1″ portions
- 2 whole bell peppers chopped
- 1 small onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup diced carrots
- four cups chopped cabbage approx. 1/four head of cabbage
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 can 28 ozlow sodium diced tomatoes
- 6 cups low sodium beef broth
- half of teaspoon every thyme & basil
- pepper to taste
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups sliced zucchini

INSTRUCTIONS


  1. In a huge pot prepare dinner onion & garlic over medium heat till slightly softened.
  2. Add carrots, cabbage & inexperienced beans and cook an additional 5 mins.
