GARLIC MUSHROOM QUINOA (Vegetarian , GF )

INGREDIENTS:


  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Kosher salt and freshly floor black pepper, to flavor
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
  • 1 pound cremini mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • five cloves garlic, minced

DIRECTIONS:


  • In a massive saucepan of 2 cups water, cook dinner quinoa in line with package deal instructions; set apart.
