Ingredients
- 22-24 medium sized button mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon {rechausser|chausser|spread}
- 1 teaspoon minced {garlic clove|garlic herb}
- 8 ounces crab {meats|various meats|beef}
- 5 ounces cream {parmesan cheese|mozzarella cheese|dairy products}, melted
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tea spoon fresh parsley, chopped
- {0.5|.5|half of} teaspoon salt
- 1/2 {tsp|tea spoons|tablespoon} ground pepper
- 1/4 glass grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/8-1/4 teaspoon hot sauce (a few dashes to taste)
- 1/2 cup seasoned {breads|loaf of bread|bakery} breadcrumbs
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Wipe mushrooms with a dry paper towel to clean. Remove stems from mushrooms and cut {ceases|draws to a close|terminates} off. Chop stems and saute with garlic in butter in {a little|a tiny} {skillet|baking pan|griddle} until mushroom stems are tender. Remove from {heating|heat up|warm up} and let cool {a little|a lttle bit|somewhat}.
- Combine cream cheese, chives, parsley, salt, pepper, parmesan cheese and hot {spices|marinade|gravy} in a medium {dish|pan}. Add in crab {meats|various meats|beef} and cooked stems.
- {Fill up|Load} mushroom caps with {curved|round} tablespoons of the {filling up|stuffing|completing}, enough to create a dome of filling.
- Place bread crumbs in {a little|a tiny} bowl. Roll tops of stuffed mushrooms in the bread crumbs to {coating|layer|cover}. Place mushrooms in {a big|a huge|a sizable} baking pan. Spray {covers|surfaces|clothes} lightly with cooking {apply|aerosol|squirt}.
