SAUTEED GARLIC AND PARMESAN MUSHROOMS

Ingredients


  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 10 ozwhite mushrooms cleaned and sliced
  • salt and pepper to flavor
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan grated
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter unsalted
  • parsley for garnish

Instructions


  1. Heat the olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium to high warmness. Add garlic and mushrooms to skillet and saute for approximately 5 minutes, stirring now and again making sure the mushrooms prepare dinner on both sides. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. When the mushrooms are completed on your likeness, I like mine a touch greater done so I saute mine for more like 7 to 8 minutes, cast off from heat, sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and parsley.
  3. Serve heat.
