Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 ouncesParmesan cheese grated
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- half tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 2 egg whites
- 20 white button mushrooms wiped clean
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 F tiers. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a shallow plate integrate the Panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper and dried parsley.
- In another shallow plate whisk the egg whites a bit.
- Dip each mushroom first within the egg white, then through the breadcrumb aggregate, and eventually vicinity at the organized baking sheet. Repeat with final mushrooms.
- Bake the mushrooms for 10 to fifteen minutes or until golden brown. Serve heat with ranch dressing.
Recipe Notes
- If you cannot discover Panko breadcrumbs, ordinary ones will paintings just nice.
- These are superb served with ranch, or marinara.
