ITALIAN ROASTED MUSHROOMS VEGGIES

Ingredients


  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning

  • 2 cups cauliflower cut into small florets
  • 2 cups cocktail tomatoes
  • 12 cloves garlic peeled

Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to four hundred F degrees.
  2. In a bowl upload all the mushrooms and veggies. Drizzle with olive oil then upload Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and toss till properly mixed.
