1 tablespoon chopped sparkling Thyme (in a pinch you can substitute 1 teaspoon dried Italian mixture seasoning)
Instructions
Add butter and garlic to a huge pan. Melt butter over medium warmness.
Stir in mushrooms and herbs (or Italian seasoning). Saute over medium heat 5-7 minutes till garlic is aromatic and mushrooms are browned and very gentle.
Season with salt and pepper to taste (in case you used salted butter you can no longer want any more salt, just provide it a taste and notice) and top with additional herbs if preferred.
