Instan Pot Chicken Fajita Soup

Ingredients

• 3 large chicken breast cubed
• 4 tbs olive oil
• 1 med onion
• 2 med peppers
• 1 cup rice
• 1 package taco seasoning
• 1 tbs cumin
• 1 packet goya powdered chicken bouillon
• 1 packet sazon goya seasoning
• 12 oz goya sofrito cooking base
• 80 oz chicken broth
• 15 oz black beans
• 1 cup rice
• 10 oz rotel diced tomatoes and chilies
• 1 1/2 cups frozen corn

Instructions

1. place pot on saute
2. saute chicken 2-3 minutes
3. add taco season, onions, and peppers
4. Add Rice, broth, beans, rotel, and goya sofrito cooking base.NEXT STEP
