CRISPY BAKED PARMESAN GARLIC BREADED MUSHROOMS

Ingredients


  • 1 1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 ouncesParmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • half tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 2 egg whites
  • 20 white button mushrooms wiped clean

Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 450 F tiers. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a shallow plate integrate the Panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper and dried parsley.
  3. In another shallow plate whisk the egg whites a bit.
  4. Dip each mushroom first within the egg white, then through the breadcrumb aggregate, and eventually vicinity at the organized baking sheet. Repeat with final mushrooms.
  5. Bake the mushrooms for 10 to fifteen minutes or until golden brown. Serve heat with ranch dressing.

Recipe Notes

  • If you cannot discover Panko breadcrumbs, ordinary ones will paintings just nice.
