BEST SAUTÉED BUTTON MUSHROOMS IN WHITE WINE SAUCE

Ingredients

*16 ouncessmall button mushrooms (1 pound)
*1 medium onion , minced
*half cup white wine
*1 tablespoon lemon juice
*1/4 cup olive oil , divided
*4 cloves garlic , chopped or beaten
*2 tablespoons butter
*2 tablespoons chopped parsley
*half of teaspoon chili flakes
*kosher or sea salt to taste
*clean cracked black pepper to taste

Directions


  1. Brush the mushrooms easy. Keep the mushrooms whole, or if they're large, reduce them in 1/2.
  2. Heat massive skillet over excessive warmness. Add half of of the olive oil (2 tablespoons-30ml), then mushrooms. Cook and stir mushrooms until they begin to brown and caramelize, about 3-five mins.
  3. Add final olive oil after which add onions and garlic, prepare dinner until translucent.
  4. Add wine, lemon juice and chili flakes. Cook for about 2 minutes or until liquid reduces down a piece.
  5. Add butter and chopped parsley, cook dinner for an extra 1 minute.
