- Cake Flour
- Eggs
- Sugar
- Cream of Tartar
- Butter
- Vanilla
- Espresso
- Frangelico
- Mascarpone
- Cocoa Powder
- Powdered Sugar
- Heavy Cream
HOW TO MAKE
- Beat together yolks, vanilla, and sugar; fold in flour and set aside.
- Combine egg whites, salt and cream of tartar; beat.
- Fold egg whites into yolk mixture and stir batter into melted butter.
- Spread batter in a jelly roll pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Brush cake with the espresso syrup.
- Spread whipped cream filling over cake.
- Roll up the cake.
- Serve.
